Dear Mr. Miles:
At the August 24, 2011 Governing Board Meeting, the Harbor City Neighborhood Council
passed a motion to send this letter of approval to your office with regard to the construction
of a fence along the Western Avenue median across from Narbonne High School.
This neighborhood council unanimously supports such a project and the efforts of Principal
Kobata of Narbonne High School who is working hard to bring it to fruition. The
construction of such a fence is necessary for the safety of students and motorists in that
immediate area.
