AQUATICS
All aqua classes listed below are multi-level.
Aquabata. Timed sequences of high intensity moves including strength,
cardio and abdominal work creating turbulent waters! Come work at your
own pace.
Aqua Pump. Intervals of cardio and resistance work.
Aqua Sprint. Intense drills done in lap format, in between your favorite
choreography.
Splash your way into shape with an invigorating lowimpact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua
Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout that’s
cardio-conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
Hydro Dynamics. Dynamic moves in the water that will raise your
heart rate and shape your body.
Neptunes. Designed for men! This water exercise class for men focuses
on strengthening the body and increasing muscular definition and endurance through cardio exercise.
Whole Water Works. Choreographed combinations, high-intensity
intervals, and toning ... this class gives you the works!
Master Swim. Instructor led swim workout. All levels welcome.
STUDIO
The workout with a punch! This high-energy, cardio training class
combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines.
A total body strength training class using barbells and weighted
plates. Space is limited; Sign in at the Service Desk up to 1/2-hour prior to class.
EXP. Your favorite class, but just through the bicep track.
This is a simple, athletic workout with high-intensity intervals
followed by muscle conditioning that will shape and tone your entire lower body and
push your fat burning systems into high gear!
EXP. Same great class, just 45 min.
An intensely challenging 30-minute core workout that gets you
results where it counts the most.
This new dance program lets everyone become the star of their
own dance-out, with hot yet simple moves that anyone can cut loose to!
Step Circuit Challenge. Boost your metabolism, strengthen your heart and
challenge your muscles in this fast-paced energetic class. Intervals of high intensity
cardio will alternate with intervals of functional strength and balance work. Class
ends with 15 minutes of core and stretching work to leave you feeling stronger and
more fit than ever before!
Total Body Conditioning (TBC). A full body strength, toning and cardio
class using weights, tubing, and body bars. A great metabolism booster!
CYCLING
Power Cycle. A group cycling class consisting of a challenging,
60-minute ride. A workout that will surely leave you addicted!
(Raw Power in Motion). The stationary cycling
Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves
phenomenon from down under. RPM is group fun to great music! 50 minutes. to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!
Young at Heart. This class incorporates low impact aerobics with resistance

Chair Yoga. A gentle yoga class that will lubricate the joints, release

Stretch Yoga. An all-level yoga class that focuses on learning poses,
breathing techniques, and yoga philosophy, all while improving flexibility.
Yoga Flow. Vinyasa-style yoga where we link breath and movement.
All levels welcome!
All Level Yoga. A class where beginners practice alongside long-time
