This high-energy, cardio training class combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines. A total body strength training class using barbells and weighted plates. This is a simple, athletic workout with high-intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! EXP.
