As the weather cools
down, your skin could
use a little Tender Care
The skin tells a story and will reveal what it needs – moisture,
nutrients, protection, balance – to protect and moisturise while
helping to slow the visible signs of ageing.
Tender Care Hand & Body Lotion delivers ingredients selected from
safer alternatives that are compatible with the chemistry of the skin.
The seasons affect the skin, as the body’s temperature is generally
lower during the winter months, skin becomes dryer through heating,
electric blankets, hot showers and warmer clothing, all of which can
contribute to dryness of the skin increasing the need to use a body
lotion daily after bathing!
Sweet almond oil and rose hip oil in Tender Care helps to replenish
and refresh the skin’s natural moisture protective barrier, while the
antioxidants vitamins A and E aid in helping the skin recover from
harsh environmental exposure.
Tender Care is non-greasy and very effective in restoring the skin to its
youthful beauty!

The TrueTouch
guide to targeted
anti-ageing skin care
Exposure to pollution and harsh chemical use is
common today, our modern lifestyle is so busy with so
much packed into each day; we need to focus more
care on ourselves.
Dual Action
Eye Gel
targets the
eye area
and visibly
rejuvenates
this delicate
area; used
daily you will
be amazed at
the results!
Skin deteriorates and ageing takes place, the skin
becomes thinner, loses its elasticity and tone from the
age of 35 to 45 with gradual slowing of cell turnover
and regeneration. From 45 and over, regeneration
slows down even more.
Using skin care daily helps to slow the visible signs of
ageing. This action happens by supplying the skin with
ingredients known for their ability to target certain skin
concerns to strengthen, nurture and protect the skin
from the influences that can contribute to skin ageing!
Cleansing the skin twice daily is vital to help the
absorption of your beauty regimen, select your favourite
cleanser and use twice daily to prepare your skin.
It is important to use your daytime moisturiser and night
time rejuvenation cream after the specific targeted
products to ensure the skin stays moisturised and
protected 24 hours a day!
The TrueTouch Skin Care products are compatible with
each other; used daily you will notice that the skin will
improve dramatically.
Bio-Mist Hydrating
Activator is the perfect
product to hydrate all
skin types after cleansing.
Wrinkle Garde is a
perfecting facial oil, the
main ingredient is rose hip
oil known for its ability to
reduce the visible signs of
ageing, wrinkles and the
appearance of scarring.
Remember our philosophy ‘Prevention is better than
cure’ the earlier you start introducing specific skin care
products into your beauty regimen the better – you will
be thankful later in life!
Retention
Essence is an
anti-ageing
serum that
delivers active
ingredients to
support the skin’s
resilience and in
turn reducing the
appearance of
ageing!
Brightening C Complex provides an anti-ageing
treatment for skin of all ages. This powerful vitamin C
enriched formula improves the texture, smooths lines and wrinkles
and visibly brightens skin tone, giving increased radiance.

OUR NEW MANUFACTURING
PLANT – 100% WORLDCLASS. 100% WINDPOWERED.
This state-of-the-art facility in Utah
houses our micro and analytical
laboratories where we develop and
test new formulations, as well as
manufacturing, warehousing and
distribution for many Neways and
Modere products. From a total of
306,000 square feet, we will devote
4,000 for research; 13,500 for
manufacturing; and 213,000 square
feet for warehousing and small parcel
distribution. As we develop new
markets and expand our offering, this
new facility will help accommodate
our growth.
In cooperation with our core mission
to create healthy homes around
the world, we are also pleased to
announce that this state-of-the-art
facility will be 100% wind-powered.
Neways already strives to adopt
green initiatives, with strategies to
optimize water and power usage and
a company-wide recycling program.
Wind power is just another addition
to our efforts to support a healthy
environment.
SECURING SOUND ADVICE
The combined expertise of our
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)
members covers fields such as
chemistry, safety, formulation, and
cosmetic and nutritional efficacy. We
rely on the SAB to ensure Neways
and Modere continue to formulate
superior products that are safe to
use and maximize optimal health and
beauty benefits.
We remain committed to providing
safe, healthy, and high performing
products to our customers. As we
grow and develop as a company,
our plan is to expand the current
‘Scientific Advisory Board’ into a
broader ‘Lifestyle Advisory Board’.
Beginning in 2016, this Board will
increase their influence and advisory

services beyond product science and safety. Lifestyle
Advisory Board members will include experts in the fields
of product safety, performance, usage, and style.

BRINGING OUR PRODUCTS TO YOU
No doubt, the real heroes of the Neways story are the
products we all love so much. But have you ever stopped
to wonder about the process that goes into developing
our products? Here’s an insight.
Firstly, we need to have a product idea. Ideas generally
form when market directions meet scientific discovery.
However, to bring an idea to fruition, we must be able to
support the claims made for the product. Claims need
solid evidence; and Neways products cannot be made
without good manufacturing procedures.
Our manufacturing operations are an intrinsic part of
Neways’ quality. By manufacturing most of our own
products, Neways is afforded greater control along with
enhanced quality control and quality assurance oversight.
To that end, we have implemented industry-leading
systems at every stage of production to ensure quality
and consistency.
SELECTION
We begin by procuring high quality raw materials, and
applying rigorous standards to qualify our suppliers,
who must meet stringent Good Manufacturing Practice.
We inspect and thoroughly test all raw materials in an
intensive process that can cover as much as five to seven
days. After production, we subject the final products to
a broad range of testing, including microbiological tests,
analytical tests, organoleptic testing, and physical testing.
Neways has implemented an effective stability program to
establish accurate shelf-life viability. Each ingredient must
also have sufficient information in published literature to
support safety and proper consumption before inclusion in
a formula; and every product must have scientific evidence
to substantiate any benefits we claim. Neways continually
monitors ongoing research for new data in key areas.
Products that are medicinal in nature are listed on the
Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and
must carry an AUST L or AUST R number on the pack.
You can confirm the validity of these numbers and the
associated product details by reference to the Therapeutic
Goods Administration (TGA) website. For food products,
compliance with the FSANZ Food Standards Code is
required. A copy of the Code is available from the Food
Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) website at
foodstandards.gov.au/code/
TESTING
We extensively test both raw materials and finished
products for authentication of content, purity and quality.
A host of technologies contribute to this process and
techniques utilised include:
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP/MS)
Ultraviolet/Visible spectrophotometry (UV/VIS)
Together they enable Neways to perform a broad
spectrum of tests including purity and content testing,
microbiological testing, contaminant testing, and
chemical attribute testing. Neways also utilise external
testing labs to enhance our capabilities in areas such as
biodegradability and environmental testing, human safety
testing, and electron microscopy; as well as in vitro and in
vivo clinical studies.
MANUFACTURE
Our manufacturing processes provide our products with
an industry leading level of consistency, uniformity, and
safety. Almost all of the changes to Neways’ final products
over the past several years reflect either technological
advances, improvements to our production processes, or
enhancements to the product’s safety-conscious profile.
Our liquid nutritional products are processed at Aseptic
Solutions, an advanced bottling plant that provides these
products with consistent high levels of colour, flavour, and
freshness. We manufacture our medicines in TGA-licenced
facilities according to the Australian Code of Good
Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Medicinal Products
and meet the same rigorous standards of quality as
pharmaceutical products in this country.
Compliance is determined via pre-licence audits and
inspection. In our personal care category, we have
undertaken a major multi-year effort to reformulate every
product that contained parabens and implemented
alternative non-paraben preservative systems. Neways will
never compromise on quality.
PACKAGING
All bottles and tubes for Neways products are made
from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE is a safetyconscious plastic appropriate for food grade use. HDPE
plastic bottles are also environmentally friendly, and HDPE
is one of only two types of plastics that are easily recyclable.
In addition, unlike plastics such as polycarbonate or
PVC, HDPE is free of the suspected endocrine disrupter
bisphenol A (BPA). Selecting feasible packaging
options for a company shipping products worldwide is
a challenging process in which Neways considers many
safety and environmental factors. We continually research
potential new packaging options that are both safetyconscious and environmentally friendly in order to provide
the best overall products for our consumers worldwide.
In short, we ensure that every product we produce – and
its packaging – meets our stringent quality standards.
The entire Neways team dedicates itself to producing
ultramodern products for you to use – products that work.
We know you’d expect nothing less.

Pauline Rowley
Senior, Double and Crystal Diamond, WA
CEO’s Outstanding Achievement Award
Winner, Convention 2015
It is such an honour for me to win
the CEO’s Award two years in a row,
thank you Neways. But it is my group
who are the true stars here, so many
of them are developing substantial
businesses. They are doing this
through their ethic of hard work and
their absolute dedication to the ‘caring
and sharing’ side of our business
model. I know my group will join with
me in thanking Susan and Karen for
their total commitment to the ‘Party
with Neways’ program, we are all very
grateful for your ongoing support and
your innovative concepts.

Always United Group at Convention
Personal development is a vital part
of growing a successful team business,
and the ‘Born Rich’ program facilitated
by John Maguire over the past 20
years, has been a powerful and positive
influence in the development of the
leadership Neways has enjoyed over the
years. As John retires, the legacy that
he leaves behind is being seen right
through to those inspiring new Leaders
we see emerging right now.
These younger emerging Leaders
may listen to and view the personal
development messages on devices that
weren’t invented when I began in this
business, but the message and rules
are fundamentally the same. Read
positive books, listen to and mix with
positive like-minded people, don’t be
afraid to eliminate the negative ‘dream
stealers’ from your life. Always take
the high road with the ethics of your
business. Remember we are not in the
‘convincing’ business, sometimes it
is hard to accept that often it is those
who really need what we have to offer
who are not interested, seek those who
actually want what we have to offer.
Modere is already attracting the
younger generations overseas and it
will do the same here. But, if like me,
you are no longer one of the younger
set, there is no need at all to be afraid
of the coming changes. After all some
things never change, as Robert Conlee
said to us ‘remember that this is
always going to be a “social interaction
business”’. In other words, for the
most part it is a belly to belly business.
So making sure you follow up and
establish rapport and relationships will
be just as important as it’s always been.
I think it’s also very important to
understand that the changeover to
Modere really is a level playing field of
knowledge for all of us. So it’s going to
be important for all of us to attend the
corporate events and webinars leading
up to the changeover and ongoing
after that. I have the belief that we are
in good hands and that our mission
to have 10 million healthy Modere
homes by 2020 will happen.
It is said that a dream is a wish the
heart makes. It doesn’t matter if you
are new to the business or if you have
been in Neways for 20 years, when
you take off with Modere your dream
will determine how high you fly. Your
dream must be gigantic and clearly
defined otherwise it is pointless. I truly
understand the importance of having
a huge and well-defined dream. My
dream was so big and powerful, it
carried me through 17 years of kidney
dialysis, a failed transplant, feeling
terrible all the time, being in hospital
for months at a time , being sent home
to ‘get my affairs in order’ twice.
We know that we have the best
products, but no matter how good
the products are I often have to tell
my customers, ‘You know what?,
they don’t work in the bottle, you do
actually have to take them’.
At Convention someone asked me
when I was going to retire. I have
never ever considered that question,
why would I ever retire when I can do
what I want, when I want with whom
I choose? I absolutely love doing what
I do, sharing and caring, changing
people’s lives, making a difference is
very rewarding, it never seems like a
job. In fact, I think that what we do is
the perfect example of paying
it forward.
A huge thank you to my husband
Dennis, my wonderful family, Bev my
Upline and all those fantastic people
in my group that I have the privilege
to work and have fun with, and of
course all of corporate and the office
staff, and all those in despatch who
never get an order wrong. Also special
congratulations to Kym and Richard
Fitzpatrick, Georgina and Jason
Thomas, Paula and Mario Latina.
Live with passion.

‘IT JUST KEEPS WORKING FOR YOU’
Ian & Laura Hoare
New Car Qualified and Senior Executives, NT
I joined Neways for health reasons for my family, Toni
Frame had sent me a CD but I lost it whilst moving. Toni
sent her monthly newsletter, my husband read it one
day and came to me saying he thought it would help,
after a long call to Toni I joined up. I waited excitedly
for two weeks for my products. That may seem like
a long time to most but I lived on a remote cattle
station 680km from town and mail only came once
a week by plane. The three kids and I sat down, tore
the box open, the youngest, 8 months old promptly
stuffed the packing into his mouth, what a panic,
before I could tell everyone how it was fine. He was
in a headlock and had the packing removed after a
bit of a fight with his siblings. Neways uses only safetyconscious products, safe for your family and safe for
the environment. There were gasps of amazement as I
showed them how it dissolves in water and it would not
really hurt him.
When my new Member’s pack arrived, I read it all, I am the smallest
bit of yellow and it only comes out every now and again but I am glad
it did. I saw the business plan, read it, read it again and thought, you
know I see how fantastic this multi-level marketing is. It is like simple
interest in the bank, it just keeps working for you, rain, hail or shine. I
rang Toni and started to build my business from the middle of nowhere
teaching school, doing the office work and all the other girl Friday jobs
we all get.
The products are second to none, we all love
them. We moved to Katherine so I am a townie
now, just a mere 20km out, fresh bread every
day. Life got busy and I still continued to use
100% of the products but did not concentrate
on the business for several years, once again my
team worked for me below me and above me, I
am grateful for them and their support.
We are now Car Qualified. Thank you
everyone. After much discussion amongst us, I
decided on a Polaris Ranger, what a machine.
We take it exploring over the 1,400 square km
place we lease, chase buffalo, pigs, get to the
hard to get to spots Toyotas can’t get to, to go
fishing. The angle fridge fully stocked with beer
and food fits nicely in the back and the kids in
the front with me as Ian is usually away.
At home our dog Gem and Buck the cat
love sitting in the front, it’s truly an excellent
machine for outside family fun and adventure.
We would like to thank Neways for our Ranger,
the fantastic health we all have and the passive
income that Neways generates for us.
Ian and Laura Hoare
