How to Order Neways Products
Distributors can order Neways products and follow the steps below:
Online Order
1. click www.thailand.neways.com and follow the steps:
2. click “Member Login”
3. System will bring you to the Login Page
To log on to your account, enter your Distributor ID THA xxxx and the password
established during the online registration process. For help retrieving your password please
use the password retrieval option.
4. After Log In, system will bring you to the home page. Click “shop now”
5. System will bring you to product catalog page. Click the products you would like to
order.
6. To add any item, please click “
” button
7. After click “ ” button, system will add the products in your cart. You can see the
products by click “My Cart”. System will bring you to the summary page of your order.
On the summary page, you can “add more products”, “update quantity” “delete products”.
Please click “update cart” before proceed to delivery and payment details
8. After click “proceed to delivery and payment details”, system will confirm shipping
address. You can change to different address by clicking “add new address”. If not, please
click “Save& continue” button
9. System will bring you to the payment profile page. Click “Save& continue” button. Or you
can change to different card.
10. System will bring to the review page showing shipping address, payment details and the
shopping cart. Please check all details before click “complete order”. If you need to change
some details, click “ ” to adjust
11. Click “complete order” to confirm your purchase. Please complete at the touch of this
button (Clicking multiple times can create a double payment)
12. Your Order Completed!!
After completed your order, Neways will send automatic notification email about your order
details.
Order by Email
 Please provide membership name and number, shipping address and product details
that you want to order and email us at [email protected]
 After receiving your email, Neways will check products availability and make a
summary of your payment, including shipping charge (if any). We will contact you
within 24 hours. After receiving the details from us, distributors are able to do your
payment.
Order by Phone
 Distributor can contact our customer representative at 662-696-3199 Monday to
Friday from 10.00 AM-7.00 PM. Saturday from 11.00 AM-5.00 PM. Closed on Sunday
and public holidays. Please call us and inform your membership number to order your
products.
 Our staff will proceed your order by checking products availability and make a
summary of your payment, including shipping charge (if any). Distributors are able to
do your payment.
Order by Fax
 Distributor can fill in the “Order Purchasing Form”. Please also make sure that you
provide membership name and number, shipping address, and contact number for
Neways. Please send your completed Order Purchasing Form to our fax number at
662-696-3133
 After receiving your fax, Neways will check products availability and make a summary
of your payment, including shipping charge (if any). We will call you within 24 hours.
After receiving the call from us, distributors are able to do your payment.
Payment
 For all the online orders, our system already collected payment from your credit card
 For other channels (email, phone, fax), distributors can do the payment by wire
transfer our bank account “Neways Siam Co., Ltd”

 After completed your payment, please email or fax the payment slip to Neways at
[email protected] or fax number 02-696-3133
Shipping
Neways will ship the products on the following day after you ordered. Neways ship the
products every day from Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
Distributors will receive the products within 3-4 working days. Please be noted that from
Bangkok to the Sothern may take up to 4-5 working days.
Condition for Product Shipping
Our shipping rate is depending on the weights of your products. Rates do not vary by
regions and all rates are VAT included. Distributors can check the cost by click at “Neways
Shipping Rate Thailand” button
After shipping the products, Neways will provide tracking Number. Distributors can check
by click at “Order History” Under carrier column will have a link to track your order.
