email, and IM - is immediately

o

share price data, and more.

o
Seeking feedback on specific issues with scoring, voting, or just confirmation that a notice has been
read.
• A new Recognition process delivering social performance management to your workforce, enabling all
Team Members to give positive and visible feedback to others.

WX uses standard smartphone and tablet terms and ways of working, with the display responding to the
screen size you are using - mobile, tablet, or desktop - and retaining full functionality throughout. Existing
configuration processes are unaffected - your administrator and HR team continue to support Fairsail in the
same way.

• Recognition

Recognition
Recognition - also known as Shout Outs, Badging, Crowdsourced Performance Review - enables you to use
social performance management across your organization, giving all Team Members the ability to award
visible and immediate positive feedback to others.
Awards are given by you to another Team Member, in recognition of a particular achievement, task well
done, outstanding contribution to a team effort, and so on. You cannot use Recognition to award yourself.
