It is our objective to become a world class company by "welding" all the activities from
Management to Line-Workers and Suppliers into an integrated whole that can respond
almost instantly to Market Demands.
COMPANY PROFILE
Established in 1986, High Frequency Heating's core business is the manufacture of
dielectric heating equipment such as Radio Frequency systems for the Timber, Plastics
converter,Medical, Packaging, Stationary and the Food & Beverage Industries.
We also manufacture a range of vacuum formers as well as Blister Sealing machines.
In addition, we have designed a full range of equipment for the timber industry, i.e. 'RF
Laminators, Dryers etc.
The technology has been developed to suit Southern African requirements, although we
have a rapidly growing export market, and already have machines in the USA,
Australasia, the United Kingdom and most of Africa.
We stock tool rule, Aluminium plate, Euroslot weldouts and all necessary components
as well as engraving facility for the manufacture of 'RF welding dies.
We also manufacture welding dies for all industries including automotive, packaging,
stationary and specialist applications.
We have a service division with highly trained service technicians conversant with all
makes of 'RF equipment, factory automation and industrial electronics.
Spares, accessories and consumables available Ex-Stock.
The service has a full factory backup for redundant parts manufacture, modifications
and conversions.
All popular electronic tubes (Valves) are available Ex-Stock.
