Welcome Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions
1.
In order to participate in the Welcome Credit Bonus Campaign you agree to be bound by these
Terms as well as the general terms and conditions that apply to your Account.

You are required to be over eighteen (18) years old and not have previously opened a live trading
account with Hirose Financial UK.

This program will run from 00:00 GMT on 1st July 2015 until 24:00 GMT on 31st July 2015.

Upon opening a Binary Options trading account with Hirose Financial UK, it will be credited with 20
(£ or $ that reflects your base currency) within 1 business day. The Credit applies only to the first
Account that you open with us.当社でバイナリーオプション口座を開設いただくと、２０ポンド、または２０ド
ル（取引システムの通貨に因る）を口座開設から１営業日以内にお客様のバイナリーオプション口座に付与し
ます。

In order to maintain the Account Opening Credit in your trading account you are required to make
at least one (1) opening and one (1) closing trade within one (1) calendar WEEK of receiving the
welcome bonus. If you fail to make one opening trade and one closing trade within the specified
time limit then the Account Opening Credit will be removed.
付与されたボーナスを維持するには、口座開設から７日以内に１回以上の取引をする必要があります。この
条件を満たさない場合、ボーナスは口座から没収されます。

The Bonus can be withdrawn at any time after you have completed the trade requirement which
you trade 20 times of your bonus amount.
For Example:
You received £20 for welcome bonus for the bonus.
You need to trade more than £400 (£20 x 20 times) to be able to withdraw the bonus of £20.

付与されたボーナスは、ボーナス額の 20 倍分の取引を完了すれば出金が可能です。
例：新規口座開設で 20 ポンドのボーナスを受領。
合計 400 ポンド (20 ポンド x 20 倍) 分の取引をすると、20 ポンドのボーナスも出金可能になります。

We reserve the right to exclude you from this promotion if we believe you have tried to benefit
from fraudulent activities or your actions have breached any good faith of this promotion.
お客様に詐欺行為、または本キャンペーンルールに抵触するような悪質な行為が認められた場合、当社はお
客様を本キャンペーンから除外する権利を有します。

We may use the information that you provide us during the application process to provide you with
information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such information you

We are under no obligation to accept anyone as a client of Hirose Financial UK.
バイナリーオプションの口座開設には、本人確認などの審査を伴います。このため、口座開設を拒否する場
合がありますことをご了承ください。
10. Hirose Financial UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and
without prior notice. Any amendment will be notified to you on our website and by continuing to use
our website and services you accept any such modified terms.
当社は、お客様に事前のご連絡なく本キャンペーンの諸条件を修正、または終了とさせていただく権利を有し
ます。修正が行われた場合は、当社のホームページで通知させていただくこととし、当社のホームページ、サ
ービスを継続してご利用いただくことは、それらの修正された諸条件に同意されているものと見做します。
11. This program will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
本キャンペーンは、イングランド、およびウェールズの法律に準拠します。
12. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any
applicable law, such term or condition shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms and
conditions, be deemed omitted from this Program and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or
enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
これらの諸条件のいずれかが準拠法において、違法である、無効である、または法的強制力のないものであ

13. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a foreign language then the English version shall
prevail if any inconsistency exists.
本キャンペーンの諸条件、およびお客様の取引口座に関わる約款は英語を日本語に翻訳したものです。矛
盾が存在する場合は、英語版を優先するものとします。
