USER MANUAL for Bio Alkali Hydrogen enriched Water Generation Sticks.
The following are the instructions for how to use the Hydrogen Enriched Water Generation stick. Hydrogen
enriched water is very beneficial to our body as it is a super anti-oxidant.
1. When using the sticks for the first time, wash them with citric acid or vinegar.
① Put 150ml of water in a container and add 50ml citric acid or vinegar. Mix them well. Then put the stick
into this solution. Ensure the stick is fully immersed.
② After about one minute has elapsed, shake the container sufficiently.
③ Rinse the stick two to three times with clean running water (tap water) to wash off any residual of the citric
acid or vinegar solution.
2. Put the stick in a water bottle or container and then pour drinking water (purified water or bottled water or
boiled water) into the bottle or container. Pour until the brim. The bottle or container must have a lid to cover.
3. After about 10 minutes, hydrogen-enriched alkaline water will be generated. Wait for about 30 mins for
generation of more hydrogen-enriched water in the container.
4. Slightly shake the bottle or container for a more mixed of hydrogen enriched water.
5. After drinking water in the bottle or container directly or by pouring the water into a drinking glass, top up the
bottle with water until full. Close the lid immediately to prevent evaporation of the active hydrogen.
6. Repeat Step 1 above by washing the stick once every two weeks. With periodic washing, the life span is about
1 year with at least 2 liters of water generated.
7. The hydrogen-enriched water generated will have at least – 160mV to – 230mV of Oxidation
Reduction Potential (ORP) and a pH of 9 to 10. Note: if you would like to know more about ORP, please

* Precautions
1. Do not attempt to disassemble the stick at your own discretion.
2. Do not use the stick in drinks containing dyes or juices other than clear drinking water!
3. Do not place the stick in water with temperature of 50℃or more!
4. Do not drop or shake the stick too vigourously. It will damage the stick.
5. Do not soak the stick overnight or over prolong period. When not in use, remove the stick from the bottle and
dry it.
6. When using the product, a substance like powder may appear. However, do not worry about it, because it is
made from natural minerals. There are not harmful to the human body at all! Use the product after rinsing it
completely!
