Under 6 analysis and billing

Under 6 age group analysis in Healt one version 7.5.1.1854 +
In Health one we could always calculate, for any age group, the income, consultation rate and
numbers of GMS/PP patients. With this verison we have made it easier.
Here we will show the following
1. Calculate the income for our under 6 patients in a given period.
2. Get the number of GMS and PP patients under 6 and consultaion rate for these patients
1. Calculate the income for our under 6 population of Private patients.
This is dealth with in the video at this location
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo4n9Yp9O60&feature=youtu.be
The basic process for this is
a) Click on the billing analysis icon
b) Choose your period, say the previous year,  Click on the “cube” tab at the bottom of the
analysis  drag the “patient age” from the top list to the left column.
The amount paid is now immediately visible.
2. Get the number of patients under 6 in categories GMS/PP
This implies that you have used the Health one item “Patient Category” to identify your GMS and
Private patients. If so, Health one takes the item “Patient Category” and all entries beginning
with “GMS” are considered GMS patients and all categories beginning with “PP” are considered
private patients. All other are categorised in these analyses by Health one as “other”.
If the the item “patient category” is not used then Health one looks in the item “GMS number”
for a valid GMS number and categorises accordingly.
Now we will use the Health one Cube analyses to get this information
a) Click on the icon for “population analyses”  Cube analysis  patient cube [Sex, Age..]
By Manipulating the various headings, you can display age, count and GMS category below
b) Now click on the cube analysis called “Consultation rates..” and you get something like this:
You now have enough information to asses your current income, your population numbers and your
workload.
