“Supply and Delivery of GIS Software” in accordance with Section 52.1(b) of the
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The details of the

One Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 80,000.00)
Delivery Period : Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Purchase Order
Interested suppliers are required to submit copies of their valid and current
PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, and duly signed Price Quotation Form.
Submission of quotation and eligibility documents is on or before 9:00 A.M. of June
02, 2015 at 3rd Floor, Dupoint Building., Velez-Akut Sts., Cagayan de Oro City.
