USER MANUAL FOR FILLING ONLINE EXAMINATION FORM
Dear students
The filling of Online Examination Form is started to improve the service provided by the
University System. It will help to reduce the error due typing mistake, so fill the form with
correct information about you, because it will also print at your mark sheet or other
documents.
The filling of online form is very easy task, so you must fill your Online Examination Form
yourself. Follow the different steps to fill Online Application Form as given below

Enter your Enrollment Number for User Id
Enter Password, it may contain character,
numbers and symbols
Father Initial only contain character (do not
use number or any Symbols)

Enter Enrollment Number
Enter Password
Then Click login to fill

Signature
Click Browse to Search your
Photo then click Upload photo

Enter College name( example : SRT- SRT Camupus
Enter Medium in which you want to give Exam
(English/Hindi)
After filling information you
can save form

After save Admission form Click here
ENTER HERE YOUR PREVIOUS SEMESTER/YEAR
EXAM ROLL NUMBER
ENTER HERE YOUR PREVIOUS SEMESTER/YEAR
TOTAL MARKS
After filling information you
can save form
STEP 6
After save Educational Details Fill your Subjects
Then click Print Examination form
STEP 7
After filling all details click Yes I Agreed to
complete Examination form
At the Last Print Your Examination Form and verify it from your College.
