Homa Tukey, respects your right to privacy. We believe in giving you full disclosure about the kind of information
we gather and what we do with it.
Your name, email address, post code and any other identifying information that you give us will not be given
to anyone else outside of our office for their use of communications unless we have your permission or are
required by law to do so. At all times, you have the option to remove yourself from our lists before your
information is disclosed.

Limiting Collection
We do not collect personal information from bulletin boards or forums. Your personal information is supplied
to us through your direct disclosure to Homa Turkey and partners when making hotel,
tour package bookings; subscribing to Homa Turkey Membership.
Consent and Accuracy
Forms such as Credit Card Pre-authorization form require your name (printed) and signature acknowledging
consent and accuracy. You will be directed to this our Privacy Policy posted here when you a) use the
pre-authorization form, b) sign up for a Homa Turkey Membership.
Anonymous/Aggregated Information
This is information that cannot identify you personally, such as browser information (i.e. the URL of the web
page you were just on, the IP address of the computer you are using, your domain type, and your browser
version) and cookies. During your visit to our sites, we may record choices you have made and use this to
provide more customized content or advertising. The data does not identify you and is not retained after your
visit. This is sometimes called "clickstream" data. If we do market research studies or polls in any area that will
only be reported in aggregate, this will be indicated. We may develop summary reports for advertisers based
on total number of visitors to our sites, average length of visit, etc. No identifying data about individuals will
be reported.
Security & Safeguards
We make every reasonable effort to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information
under our control. Our security measures are periodically reviewed and enhanced with technological advances.
We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard ﬁrewall and password protection systems.
Credit card information is processed using industry-standard encryption and security.
Only authorized individuals and suppliers have access to customer information. Where information is sent to a
third party for processing, we make sure, through our contracts with them, that all customer information is
kept secure.

BOOKING POLICY
Land Package Tour Price Inclusions
• meet and assist service on arrival and departure
• transportation between airports and hotels
• accommodations in superior ﬁrst class hotels as indicated
• all hotel taxes and service charges
• meals and sightseeing tours as indicated
• services of professional English speaking guides or tour escorts
Hotel and/or Day Tour Price Inclusions
• accommodations in superior ﬁrst class hotels as indicated
• all hotel taxes and service charges
• meals and sightseeing tours as indicated
• services of professional English speaking guides or tour escorts
Price Does Not Include
• passport and visa fares
• airport departure taxes
• excess baggage charges
• items of a personal nature such as meals, tips, laundry, wines, liquors, telephone calls, etc.
• optional sightseeing tours and transportation other than those indicated in the itinerary
Extension
Extended stays are permitted subject to availability and applicable charges. Such requests are to be made at
the time of booking prior to departure.
Price
All prices quoted are in US based funds on tariﬀs, rates of exchange, costs and schedules in eﬀect as on date
of quotation and are subject to change without notice.
Hotels
Accommodation is based on sharing in twin bedded rooms. Single rooms may be provided upon payment of
single supplements as indicated. Homa Turkey will endeavor to provide the speciﬁed hotel at all times.
In event that a particular hotel is unavailable, passengers will be accommodated in another property of equal or
better class.
Credit Card Reservations
Your authorization of the use of your credit card to make reservations with Homa Turkey, binds you to our
booking terms and conditions even without your signature on the applicable credit card draft.
Charges will be made immediately against your credit card account with your verbal authorization.
The travel agent must secure a letter of conﬁrmation signed by the card holder authorizing the use of his/her
credit card without his/her signature. It is advised a copy of this must be kept on ﬁle by the travel agent. In the
event of a charge dispute, the travel agent will be held responsible for the payment of the reservation.
Credit Card Security
When you provide us with your credit card details and complete your booking all of this information is
automatically encrypted and sent to us using 256bit SSL encryption technology. This ensures that your credit
card and personal information is sent in a secure manner which whilst being transmitted over the internet is
useless to anyone else.
For added protection of your credit card details, all of our credit card transactions are processed securely through
the AKBANK on-line secure payments service.
Liability
Homa Turkey, acts only as an agent for Carriers, Transportation Companies, Hotels, and all other contractors and
will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule or other
irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
Homa Turkey, reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all
concerned. The right is also reserved to accept or reject any person as a tour participant or to cancel a tour at any
time, in which case Homa Turkey, shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of moneys paid by the
tour participant. Homa Turkey, will not be responsible for any costs resulting from any Tour Member's
improper documentation.
Any or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility for liability to any
traveler aside from their liability as common carriers.
