Keeping track of the daily practices of Account Executives not only gives them valuable information to improve
efficiency and productivity, it helps the entire organization develop best practices through accurate and timely
information. Arlie was a key player developing new systems to meet data and analytics goals to accomplish this
tracking. Through his proficiency in Excel and Access, these systems have been implemented throughout his
region (Southwest). Not only did Arlie take on challenges outside his normal duties, he selflessly traveled to
out-of-state operations to lend with his extensive knowledge of the business. All this while continuing to run
his own location at a high level. Arlie has 15 years home delivery experience, nearly 3 of those have been with
HDL. He enjoys hunting, cheering for the Arizona Cardinals, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
Arlie has proven his commitment to our HDL values by making our team better, and building our client’s brand.
