5 Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame
30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering , strutting and
proping etc. with battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting
floor to ceiling not exceedng 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced
concrete and plain concrete work in :-Foundation and Plinth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
Total:- Rs.
1 The work shall be carried out as per IPH Specification.
2 10% Security, 2% Income Tax, 15% surcharge on Income Tax and 2% Sales Tax will
be deducted from each bill of the contractor.
3 Nothing shall be paid for rejected work.
4 Any loss or theft of Govt. material will be responsibility of the contractor.
5 The final payment will be made after satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
6 Cement will be issued to contractor from Divisional Store at Bhuter @ Rs. 266/- per Bag.
7 Steel will be issued to contractor from Divisional Stora at Bhuter @ Rs.55000/- P/M/Tonne
8 The final payment will be made after satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
