IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Affix with GUM your Four latest attested passport size photographs at the
appropriate places. (Photocopies shall not be accepted).
2. Fill in the required information in every column accurately. Do not leave any
column blank. The information supplied by the candidate especially relating to
DATE OF BIRTH, GROUP, CATEGORY, DOMICILE, and ACADEMIC
QUALIFICATION shall be treated as final and no change shall be allowed to be
made in this regard at a later stage. The applications shall be scrutinized strictly
according to the information supplied by the candidate and the responsibility with
regard to the accuracy of the information shall lie with the candidate
himself/herself supplying the marks of qualifying examination required for
admission shall be the responsibility of the candidate.
3. The completed application form accompanied by the attested copies of
relevant certificate/documents, admit card, result card, identification
sheet and the demand draft for the requisite amount and three selfaddressed envelope with postage stamps for Rs. 6/- each.
4. The demand draft of Rs. 1000 /- for General Category and Rs. 500/- for
SC/ST category should be in favor of Director, Himachal Pradesh University
Business School, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill Shimla (H.P.)
171005 payable at Shimla only.
5. The original certificates and testimonials shall be seen only at the time of
interview for admission.
Note: THE APPLICATION FORMS WITHOUT THE REQUISITE FEE SHALL BE
SUMMARILY REJECTED.
