TUITION DISCOUNT DEADLINES FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING UALR CAMPUS
SUMMER 2015 - Deadlines for Tuition Discount Forms
Summer registration runs April 16 – July 8, in accordance with the following schedule:
Summer I & II
Early Registration:
April 01 – May17, by 4 p.m.
Regular Registration:
May 18 – May25, by 4 p.m.
Late Registration:
May 26 – May 27, by 4 p.m. – must pay today
Summer I & II Classes Begin: May 26, 2015
Summer III & IV
Regular Registration (Summer III):
May 18 – June 07, by 4 p.m.
Regular Registration (Summer IV):
May 18 – July 05, by 4 p.m.
Late Registration (Summer III):
June 08 – June 09, by 4 p.m. – must pay today
Late Registration (Summer IV):
July 06 – July 07, by 4 p.m. – must pay today
Summer III Classes Begin: June 08, 2015
Summer IV Classes Begin: July 06, 2015
Faculty and staff wanting to register during the early/regular/late Summer I & II registration period must
ensure their discount form is processed before the May 27 registration payment deadline. These tuition
discount forms must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by Tuesday, May 26 by 12 p.m.
to allow time for forms to be received in Student Accounts by Wednesday, May 27 for the registration
payment deadline.
Faculty and staff wanting to register during the early/regular/late Summer III registration period must
ensure their discount form is processed before the June 10 registration confirmation/payment deadline. These
tuition discount forms must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by Monday, June 8 by 12
p.m. to allow time for forms to be received in Student Accounts by Wednesday, June 10 for the
registration payment deadline.
Faculty and staff wanting to register during the early/regular/late Summer IV registration period must ensure
their discount form is processed before the July 8 registration confirmation/payment deadline. These tuition
discount forms must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by Monday, July 6 by 12 p.m. to
allow time for forms to be received in Student Accounts by Wednesday, July 8 for the registration
payment deadline.
All tuition discount forms for Summer 2014 must be received in the Department of Human Resources no
later than noon on Wednesday, July 8, 2014. No request forms will be accepted after this date.
Student tuition discount requests are processed in the Department of Human Resources. Tuition discount
request forms (for UALR employees/spouse/dependents) are available at

Please note: State of Arkansas “Student Consent” forms are no longer required.
