Venue
The tournament will be played in Partycentrum De Molen, 104
Molenstraat in Helmond (tel.: 0031492524011). Partycentrum De Molen is
a pleasant pub near the centre, within a few minutes walk of trainstation
Helmond Centraal. During the tournament it is possible to get something
to eat. It is not allowed to eat or drink your own food or refreshments. It is
also not allowed to smoke in the building.

Meals on Saturday and Sunday
Your lunch will be taken care of by Partycentrum De Molen and is free of
charge for all participants. For supper on Saturday (after round 4) an offer
may be used by the nearby Chinese-Indian restaurant Kota Radja (28
Markt). You can order a low priced chessmenu, or you can get a 20%
discount on any meal or menu of your preference.

Nine rounds Swiss-system. First five rounds on rating, last four on
Buchholtz. There will be played in one group.

45 minutes per person for all moves.
Bye
Two byes are allowed as long as they are requested before the start of
the tournament. Each bye will give you half a point.
Rating
The results won't be passed on to the rating commissioner of the Dutch
National Chess Union (KNSB).

Total prizemoney is € 2,500.00. All prizemoney guaranteed by our main
sponsor De Legibus. When players end equal the winner will be
determined first on Buchholtz and when still equal on Sonneborn-Berger.
Prizes won't be split. A player can only win one prize. There will also be
prizes for the best participants above 50 and 60 years.

Entry fee
The entry fee is € 19.50 only when registration is completed in advance.
Registration on Saturday July 11th is also possible, but the entry fee will
be € 25.00. IGM's, IM's, FM's and players with an ELO-rating higher than
2400 have free entrance.
How to registrate
Until Tuesday July 7th you can send the form you can find on
http://delegibus.hschelmond.nl. Your registration is completed when the
entry fee is transferred simultaneously to NL74ABNA0597131422 of
HSC Helmond.
After July 7th players can only registrate by telephone or at the playing
area. In this case the entry fee can be paid at the beginning of the
tournament.
