Tournament Arrangements
1. Right of admission reserved;
2. No item may be sold or traded by any person other than those given permission by the tournament organizer in writing;
3. By your entry into this tournament you hereby agree unconditionally to abide by all the rules and regulations;
4. The organizers of the tournament are not responsible for the safety of players or their property;
5. Players must provide their own chess pieces and clocks. The organisers will provide the chess boards.
Clocks not required for the Beginners Section;
6. FIDE Rules apply;
7. Tuck shop available. Chess equipment will be for sale.

1. Complete one registration form per player or the school form if a group of players register;

 For reference please use CHESS and the player’s SURNAME and SECTION;
 Players must bring proof of payment to the tournament;
3. Email the completed registration form and proof of payment to Heidi Veldsman at [email protected] or fax

4. Closing date: 4 February 2015 @ 20h00;
5. No Late entries will be accepted due to limited space available;
6. It will be each players own responsibility to check the players list on www.sedchess.co.za on Thursday and refer all
queries to: Johan Veldsman at 082 851 3988 before Friday evening 20h00.
