The competition is open to trade apprentices only with a training contract registered with the relevant state training
authority.
I understand that there is no charge to compete, yet my attendance on the day must be guaranteed. Should I fail to advise of my
withdrawal from the competition, in writing, at least three (3) working days prior to the actual heat, a cancellation fee may be
charged.
I shall have my participation acknowledged by HTN, at which time my competition heat will be confirmed. I will read my
competition handbook once received. I shall participate on the day fully prepared, well presented and with professionalism.
I agree to the competition terms and conditions and acknowledge and accept that my photo may be taken (still or video
including sound) and the recordings may be used by HTN for promotional purposes without restriction.
When signing this registration form I acknowledge and agree to my personal information (such as email and address) being
provided to and used by a third party for marketing purposes.

Additional Information:
 Every competitor will receive a participation certificate in recognition of their attendance in the competition.
 Competitors must be available between 9:00am and 3:00pm on the day of the competition.
 Competition heats are conducted in a regular institute teaching kitchen with each competitor allocated a
workstation, sink and two burner stove. Entrants may be required to share facilities with other competitors.
 Further information and guidelines will be provided in the handbook and sent to each competitor upon receipt of
registration.
