Payment Terms & Condition
1. All payment must be made in US Dollars.
2. Payment must be made 100% in full immediately after receipt of official invoice via email and official receipt of payment will be
emailed upon confirmation of payment. Please email copy of wire transfer and invoice number.
3. There is no refunds for registration fee upon cancellation request. Only substitution of another participant from same company
will be granted upon request made by writing to BCM Seoul Office no later than April 24, 2015 and upon confirmation received
by BCM Seoul Office

ᆞUS $100 processing will be deducted before refunding the due amount
ᆞ70% refund on payment received before March 31, 2015 and confirmed in writing by BCM Seoul Office
ᆞ50% refund on payment received before April 4, 2015 and confirmed in writing by BCM Seoul Office
ᆞAfter April 4, 2015, 100% no refunds will be made.
ᆞThere is no refund for registration fee.
