Helpnex Solution: Healthcare System
The elders residence Ciudad de Dueñas, belonging to the local council and managed by Clece
Group, trusted in IBERNEX choosing the Patient – Nurse Call System HELPNEX to be installed at
its centre.

The Elders Residence Ciudad de Dueñas, of 1840 m2 is located in the old hospital of Santiago,
in the centre of the village. This hospital was fully refurbished in 2013, to be in a residence of
49 places (assisted and valid) retaining its traditional charm, but with all the modern amenities
to ensure the maximum comfort to its residents. The building has three floors with single and
double rooms.
In the residential centre Ibernex robust
technology was intriduced, in particular the
Patient-Nurse Call System HELPNEX. A simple
and safe solution which residents can alert to
auxiliary in case of emergency, through room
and bath pushbuttons. The health staff
receives alarm whatever their position in the
residence through fixed and mobile devices, as hallway lights, nurse console or DECTS.
With this system the maximum comfort and care residents are guaranteed, ensuring peace of
their families.
