and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) aims to increase awareness about how
light based technologies have contributed through ages to the different fields
of science & technology including agriculture, medicine, energy etc and
revolutionized them.

written by the Arab scientist Ibn al-Haytham.
To honor the great work of this pioneer in optics, UNESCO and the
2015 International Year of Light have partnered with the UK based
organisation 1001 Inventions to launch a high-profile international
educational campaign celebrating Ibn al-Haytham called '1001
Inventions and the World of Ibn al-Haytham'.
Taking inspiration from this, i Quiz 2015 TM will focus its format largely
