Jump Nation @ Manchester
Saturday 23rd May
I CAAN have booked a private session at Jump Nation 3pm-4pm. Transport will
be provided leaving around 8am. Central pick up points to be arranged. We will
be dropped off at the Trafford Centre for some free time. The bus will take us
to Jump Nation about 45 minutes before we are booked to bounce. We will
return home after our session ends at 4pm
The cost for I CAAN members will be £10 per person, members will be able to
take guests. The cost for guests will be £20 per person. (The cost includes
transport and entry into Jump Nation) Please send names and payment to Shani
at [email protected] . Your places will not be confirmed until payment is
received.
Please note if any places are cancelled money will only be returned if the places
can be filled.

Bowling at Eclipse Leisure Workington
Monday 25th May, 11:00am – 12:00pm
I CAAN has booked Eclipse bowling in Workington for a private session. Only register
the names of those who will be bowling. This session is open to the whole family and
will cost £2 per person. I will arrange teams when I have all the names.

Sports and Games at Activezone Lakes College
Wednesday 27th May, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Leon will be the coach, he has worked with our group many times making the
session lots of fun.
Below is the itinary for the session, you will either need a packed lunch or you will
be able to use the café in the college.
10.00-10.15 – Arrivals, introduction and plan for the day
10.15-11.00 – Obstacle Course, ball/beanbag games
11.00-12.00 – Hall split in 2, sports will be Hockey and Basketball
12.00-12.30 – Break for Lunch
12.30- 1.00 – Lighter activities (table tennis/badminton)/Flag Making for
afternoon competition
1.00-1.50 – Football and fun relays
1.50-2.00 – Certificates

Calvert Trust Swim - Calvert Trust – Keswick
Sunday 31st May, 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Fun family swim session. This hour session includes changing time so please allow
yourselves enough time so you can leave at 2.30pm.

Dance/Keep Fit – Studio 9 Workington
Thursday 28th May, 11:00 – 12:00pm
Fun session for the whole family. Keep fit and learn some dance routines. Ashton will
be the instructor and will have a session to suit our members. Juice and biscuits to
follow in the coffee shop.

Horse Riding Calvert Trust – Keswick
We run regular horse riding sessions throughout the year. If you would like more

Youth Café @ Jordans Jungle – Cockermouth
Thursday 7th May 6:00 – 7:30pm
Our regular Youth Café, with soft play, table tennis, pool table, air hockey. Café is
open for snacks. For ages 10+
No need to register for this activity. This session runs all year round 1 st Thursday in
every month.

For your information, the session below is run by the Keswick Leisure Pool and will
not be exclusive to I CAAN members but I have spoken to staff and I CAAN
members will be very welcome.

Splash and Smile
This session is aimed at children with disabilities and their families. There is a range
of equipment and toys to make this a fun session for the whole family Costs £1.60 per
child with parent/carer free.
