MINUTES FROM AGM April 19, 2015
The Board discussed the AGM and discussions held and noted that Quorum was reached by
proxies and a lot of residents attending! The discussions were encouraging for the 2015
and several provided personal input both at the meeting as well as after.
Several serious issues were discussed and the Board was provided a number of ideas for
the future.

FINANCIAL
The IPOA remains in good standing but it is noted that 10 residents were late paying the
Annual Assessment.
Payment has been received from two of the residents and the remaining eight (8) have
received certified letters including a late fee of $45.00.
Only one resident is seriously delinquent and this matter is now in the office of our
attorney.
Letters to real estate agents who have properties listed in the neighborhood, informing
them of the POA and its assessments has continued to be successful in collecting both
Annual Assessments as well as Transfer Fees.
NEW BUSINESS
Repaving of Idlewild Streets
A letter from the Board Chair has been sent to the city requesting that our streets be
considered for repaving. The surface on some streets is old and worn, and a number of
streets have been affected due to increased traffic.
Cleaning Of Entrance Brick Walls and Pool Area
Estimates will be obtained for the cleaning the brick walls at both front and back
entrances.
Pool area is presently also being cleaned.
Summer Activities
Several ideas for possible summer activities were discussed.
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Residents are encouraged to abide by the Idlewild CC&R's.
We hope that our neighborhood will continue to look attractive and give a good impression
to visitors. The cooperation of all residents is needed to achieve this.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
