About the Australian Power Institute (API)
The API is a national organisation established by the Australian power industry to boost the quality and number
of power engineering graduates and help them to be “work ready” when they join the industry. The API also provides continuing professional development for power engineers. For more information see www.api.edu.au
The API Award For the Best Paper from an “API Associate”
API has generously offered an award of $1,500 for the best paper authored or co-authored by an API associate
defined as being a current or past API (or PEA) Bursary holder or a past attendee at any API Summer School.
Paper Preparation and Submission
Papers must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the criteria
set out in the “call for papers” and “paper submission” found on the
conference website www.ieee-appeec.org. A copy of the paper must
also be submitted to the conference organiser email [email protected] with email titled API Award for Best Paper.
Judging and Presentation of Award
Papers will be judged by members of the Conference organising committee based on the papers originality, industry relevance, innovation
and clarity. The API award will be presented at the conference by API
CEO Mike Griffin.
