CONTENTS
This one day training course will focus on the financial aspects of Solvency II (Pillar 1) for life
insurers. This will include a wide range of key topics including the valuation of assets and liabilities,
Own Funds, and Solvency Capital Requirements with examples.
This course is suitable for actuaries, accountants, senior management and Board members, who
wish to understand the Solvency II balance sheet in more detail and what Solvency II will mean for
the financial position of the company.
