SICCA, founded in 2006, is a professional non-profit organization based in
Shanghai, China. The Association’s mission is to promote a high standard of
indoor air environments, and to enhance the technologies in indoor
environmental pollution and contamination controls.

Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co Ltd (UBM Sinoexpo) is a
professional joint-venture exhibition enterprise between Shanghai Sinoexpo
International Exhibition Ltd (established in 1992) and UBM Asia Ltd, a division
