All the information will be stored on the portable scanner. 2 VIEW - After scanning a badge, the information will appear on the screen. To categorize/qualify your potential LEAD(S) simply select your qualifiers from the touch screen corresponding to your product(s)/service(s), for which the visitor/delegate expressed an interest. 3 RECEIVE - You will receive your leads 1 -2 business days after the show via e-mail through your statement page link (Excel file). You can also rent a handy blue tooth printer (instant print outs) or you can use your own USB drive for downloads anytime (if purchased separately). Every scanner rental will be accompanied by one scan sheet. A scan sheet is simply a sheet containing barcodes that can be scanned using the hand-held scanner. The scan sheet when used with the lead retrieval scanner will greatly improve the quality of data collected. By completing and returning this form you can customize your scan sheet to reflect the type of products or services you offer. Using the scan sheet is very simple. Simply scan the badge of a delegate then scan the appropriate option(s) from the scan sheet. This information will be stored in the scanner and will be displayed in your printed report.
