IJF ID Card Information

Dear National Federations,
The IJF is introducing the IJF Official ID card starting December 1st.
IJF ID card is mandatory for
• all competitors, (age category Cadets, Juniors and Seniors)
• coaches
• doctors
• federation officials
Card is obligatory on each official calendar event. Validity of the card is 2
years.
The price is 36€ Membership Fee and 4€ IJF ID Card per 2 years (tax and
shipment not included).
(The fee is collected by Klapp Communications Kft., but it is concerned to the IJF. Klapp Communications Kft.
accounts for the IJF.)
Please note that the IJF ID card is required to enter the competition; you can
enter any official IJF competition on any continent.
Fan card We created the card for Judo fans who are not competing so they can also get
the card which will get all Judo community members numerous discounts,
which is constantly updating, at our official partners which you can find on the
website.
How to order To start the process for official card or fan card, please visit: www.ijfid.com
On the website click on the “IJF official” button, which will take you to the
Registration System, where you can access the system by using your existing
username and password which you are using for the existing IJF Registration
System.
After login you can add or modify uploaded information.
Please find the correct picture format requirement attached.
Note that in case of incorrect pictures or bad information the card will not be
activated upon payment.
(In example, if you order 10 cards and 1 is with incorrect picture format, the 9 correct cards
will be active but will not be shipped until that one in not correct as well.)

Every federation is responsible and declares that the information given during
registration is true and correct.
The card must be activated before the deadline first competition you intend to
compete in 2015.
Athletes can not be registered for competition before card is activated.
