The SLICER was at Wesley Chapel Honda and
what a great day it was! Thanks to everyone's
hard work to make this event a success once
again!
It really is exciting to watch WCH grow into 2015!!
We have seen record amounts of customers
touching our store in all departments, Service and
Parts department have continued to grow to
almost 2000 customers a month and Sales is
achieving record volume numbers as well! I’d like
to give the BDC recognition for helping to achieve
these goals as well. They recently took on all the
service calls as well which has made a HUGE
difference!! We are now in another thrust month
and must take care of the customers more than
ever…. Wesley Chapel is growing and with more
and more options out there to buy from we have to
show the customers why they should buy and
service with us!! So let’s all stay focused and
continue to grow and make 2015 an AMAZING
year! Never forget we are “Building Relationships
That Last” , it is what we live and breathe. Don’t
forget to take care of all the Great Mother’s you
have too…….

“Building Relationships That Last”
Here we go !!! May is here and I have never been more excited to
start a month. The goals are big for all departments but our drive to
be great is bigger. 600 delivered cars and 3500 Customer R.O. ‘s
in Service. Here is my checklist to get this accomplished # 1.
Spend the most $$$ we have ever spent in advertising to drive
traffic on both sides of the building ( Done ) # 2. Have the inventory
to sell 600 car ( Done ) # 3. Have a 5 Friday, 5 Saturday , 5
Sunday Month ( Done ) # 4. Have 180 of the best, most talented ,
most committed employees in the industry ( Done and Done ).
These goals although lofty and exhausting come with so many
rewards for all that see what they do every day as a career and not
just a job. If you know anyone in the market or even just thinking
about it remember our referral fee for bringing customers who buy
cars ! The deals will never be better and our lenders have
committed to us to do everything they can to help us achieve this
All Time record. So whether you know people with Bad credit , No
credit , Bankruptcy or not bring them in and give us a chance to
help. For all of May any employee who brings a friend or family
member to buy a car you will receive $ 200.00. So bring us 5
customers and make $ 1000.00 just pick your favorite sales
professional, let them know they are coming in and we will do the
rest !!!
Lets make this a month to remember , lets make sure all 600 cars
and 3500 service tickets , all 4100 people know what it feels like to
have a relationship that lasts !

Normally April showers bring May flowers,
but we don't know what is going to happen in
May when you had such an awesome
April! Special thanks to the team the delivered
to the school supplies to underprivileged
students at Bay Crest Elementary. Showing up
very early to take time out of your day to make
a child's life better is something that can't be
taught or coached. You guys are special people
and I am proud to be your teammate.
May has historically been one of our busiest
months of the year and we have the goals to
match! It is going to take a lot of extra work by
you all if we are going to hit those goals. We
haven't seen you guys back down from a
challenge yet! We have a great plan and we
can't wait to watch you guys cultivate all of the
May flowers that are coming!
