SUMMARY: This is a full time position providing support to customers and the families they serve. This
person will become a cross-functional team member within the Trust Operations Team
providing support to both the trust and recordkeeping areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:















Responsible for completing monthly reporting to external customers, both electronic and printed
reports
Review and mail annual trust reports to both states and funeral/cemetery customers
Support Trust Associates in pulling audit samples for year-end audits
Supports Trust Reporting Associate in the preparation of consolidated management reporting, as well
as additional internal and external reports
Enter data into various trust systems (EPAS, TrustDesk)
Prepare and validate trust documentation for withdrawal requests received from customers
Provide phone support on trust to our customers and customer service representatives through an
automated phone queue (ACD line)
Complete the monthly trust account reconcilliations, where neccessary
Assist with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for trust processes
Contribute to the team’s performance by addressing barriers and generating alternative solutions to
meet or exceed team goals
Work daily to help the team meet its quality and responsiveness measures
Manage daily contract filing including new contract, service and distributions
Responsible for daily mail processing, pick-up and drop-off
Provide support on team projects as needed
Consistently maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate positive behavior.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
 Self-directed and results oriented with effective problem solving skills
 Excellent written and oral communications skills
 Self-starter willing to work multi-task projects and processes
 Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
 Three years business experience, banking experience a plus
