Turbocharging regional NSW
The Nationals have secured a deal that is the best of both worlds.
We have kept Essential Energy entirely in public hands, yet secured a
third of the proceeds from the lease of city-based electricity assets.
We’ve already invested huge amounts into regional NSW in the four years since
we came to government, pumping more than $2 billion into rebuilding our
hospitals and an extra $1 billion each year into country roads.
If re-elected on March 28,
we will invest $6 billion into:
