“Secret Festival”
Email your name, date of birth and place of residence to [email protected] for
the opportunity to be allocated a ticket to see Kodaline. You must write “Kodaline” as the “subject”
of your email so that it can be identified as an application for tickets.
Kodaline will play as part of a “secret festival” run by Monkey Kingdom Limited (part of the
NBCUniversal group of companies) featuring a number of bands which will be filmed for the
purposes of a programme to be broadcast later in the summer. Due to this there will be some
stopping and starting to the performance, unlike a usual gig.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Tickets will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. Monkey Kingdom Limited’s
decision in this regard shall be final.
2. You must be prepared (and consent) to be photographed, filmed and recorded by Monkey
Kingdom Limited. You must agree that any footage in which you appear may be exploited in
any and all media throughout the world without limitation as to time.
3. You must be over 18 to attend the gig. You will need to provide a valid driver’s licence or
passport in advance in order that Monkey Kingdom Limited may verify your age.
4. The gig will take place in a secret location in Great Tey, Colchester, Essex on Friday 22nd May
2015. You must be able to make your own way there and back at your own cost. Transport
will not be provided.
5. You must treat and keep any and all information that you learn in relation to the gig and the
programme strictly private and confidential.
6. You may be asked to sign a release form confirming your agreement to be filmed.
