dated 05,03.2015 on the above mentioned subject for information and appropriate
action. A brief description of 'Anubhav' online system for submission and showcasing
of commendable work done by retiring employees is also attached.

It is envisaged in the project that all Central Govt. officials of the Department are
required to be informed of the project and to be encouraged to share their experiences
and achievements. The retiring officials may therefore be asked to submit the form
'Anubhav', along with Form 5 of cCS [PensionJ Rule, ].972. Retiring employees,
Administrative offices and individuals may log on to the facility by clicking on the
"Anubhav" link available on the website
Employees would be able to submit personal details as well as write-up by filling in
appropriate details.

The retiring employees may submit a write-up; not more than 5000 words along
with appropriate attachments where need be. It may be noted that:

Since most successful ventures would have contributions of the entire team,
retiring persons may indicate names of other members of the team in the write-up.

Any work that has contributed to the efficiency, economy and effectiveness in
government functioning or / and any innovation which lead to improved work culture

Retiring employees, Administrative offices and individuals may log on to the facility by
ciicking on the "Anubhav" link available on the website http://persmin.gov.in/pension.asp.
Employees would be able
to submit personal details as well as a write-up by filling

appropriate details. Administrative offices can login and process the inputs so furnished.
The
heads of offices will ascertain that the employee is a valid employee under his control and
the

write up submitted does not violate the necessary conditions. lf he is satisfied, he will

authority / Head of Department (HOD) may satisfy themselyes of the appropriateness
