The course is full of useful language to enable participants to improve their communication skills and build their confidence when discussing HR issues. Course Content The course focuses on practical skills and HR language to use within the workplace. Participants are actively involved in the course, taking part in discussions, working in groups, individually, completing activities and role-playing. Participants are also welcome to bring along authentic material to use throughout the course.
