All-inclusive Training
The program’s scenario capability enables organizations to easily model real life scenarios.
All multi-media elements are supported to create a scenario, listening to a real call recording, reading a passage, or watching a video. Multiple choice responses can be visible for selection or the answers can be hidden with just the audio available so that the learner can use
speech recognition to say the response. Answers could also have corrective feedback to reinforce the learning objective and are weighted in order to calculate the final scenario score.
