Integr.io is an innovating ICT company which offers on one hand a total package of IT services to SME’s out of a Service Desk Team, and on the other hand develops as well internal as external projects for corporate environments and application developers. In order to expand our activities within our Service Desk as well as the ensurement of the commercial positioning of our products/services on the Benelux market, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager. You will be part of a young and dynamic team in which a positive attitude and open communication are key values. FUNCTION? As an Account Manager you are responsible for the maintenance of the existing relations with Integr.io’s customers, but the biggest challenge for you is to build up and maintain an excellent understanding and a good relationship with new customers in different sectors in the Benelux. You take full sales responsibility, whereby certain agreed upon goals must be attained. Sales is running through your veins! You analyze the (existing and new) customers’ organisations and their needs, and make a clear mapping of all customers. You build up trust, credibility and respect by sharing your expertise. You take part in network events and fairs in order to expand your customer pool. You work out all documents related to the sales flow: offers, roadmaps, commercial plans and policies, funnels, … You will be reporting to the CEO and COO on a regular basis. HARD SKILLS: -‐ -‐ You have … o A Bachelor or Master degree and at least 3 years of related experience in a sales/account function. o Strong interpersonal/communication skills. o Strong knowledge of or experience in ICT o Strong knowledge of or experience in account management and strategic sales in an international environment o Knowledge of and experience in CRM is a plus You are perfectly bilingual (NL/FR) and you have a good knowledge of English.
