For preview, call site and make appointment to view items. Clerk will need sale and lot numbers
of specific lots. Previews will be allowed two days prior to close of sale and there is a one hour
maximum. (previews and load outs are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday)
For load-outs, call site and make appointment. A paid in full invoice will be necessary. If a third
party carrier is being used, an authorization to pick up and a BOL will be necessary. The office
clerks will be happy to help with the process. The fax number is available for forwarding
paperwork.
