Go to iLearn and click on Student Learning Support Create a new user account the first time you book. You can use any email/password you like. Click on 'Book an Appointment'. To cancel an appointment: Click on your appointment (half the box is a light blue colour) and select 'Delete Appointment'. Choose an available white space (see the image on the back of this page). You can only choose one per week but you can change the day/time if you want. You will be sent a confirmation email immediately, and a reminder SMS before your appointment. If you don't receive these, there could be an error with your email. Calendar week not Bond week! White spaces are free appointments Different colours for different advisors
