Exhibitor details:
Set up begins at 9:00 a.m. Exhibits should be ready by 10:45 a.m.
Tables are 6 feet by 30 inches and come with a white table cloth.
There is NO electricity available.
Exhibits MUST remain up until 5:00 p.m.
Space is limited. No group is guaranteed participation in the festival.
Confirmations will be mailed in early April.
Statement of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreement
I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules and requests of the International Spring Festival. I also understand
that the International Spring Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any or all applications as they deem
appropriate. I and members of my organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless the International Spring Festival
and the Lansdale Public Library and its agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including
attorney’s fees and court costs arising from any circumstances occurring during the International Spring Festival.
