Terms and Conditions of Entry • • • • • • • • • Entries must represent the Festival theme, Seasons, and have not been exhibited at any previous Willerby Arts Festival. A non refundable entry fee of £1.00 per exhibit, is payable when the exhibit is submitted for display. (No charge for exhibitors under 19 years of age on 31/08/2015) All exhibitors must provide their own insurance as appropriate for their exhibits. Willerby Methodist Church does not accept liability for damage or loss during display on their premises. Every exhibit to be securely labelled on the back with artist full name and title of exhibit Each exhibitor will be given a number with each item sub-numbered as identification The name of the exhibitor will be displayed with the exhibit and in any catalogue produced, unless a specific request not to do so is received in writing. Exhibitors retain the copyright to their exhibits Photography will not be permitted by the general public; however WAF officials may be taking photographs of general views for promotional use. The Arts festival reserves the right not to display any item(s) deemed inappropriate, and cannot guarantee all suitable items will be displayed.
