All participants who pre-register will receive a Buffalo Baseball T-Shirt. You may also register
at the beginning of camp.

Supervision: During the instruction and practice sessions, the campers are under the close
supervision of the coaching and camp staff.

with my association with or participation in, or rising out of my traveling to and returning from said school to be
participated in on the campus of Floyd County High School.
