INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
AIR TICKET:
a) Air ticket to be arranged by the participant.
b) Visa can be arranged with appropriate documents, if required.
2. VISA REQUIREMENTS:
a) Please check with the Bahrain Embassy in your country of residence for the
visa requirement to visit Bahrain.
b) Visa on arrival is provided for all GCC countries depending on the profession.

c) Visa charges to visit Bahrain are as follows:
 Visa on arrival BHD 25
 Visa to be applied BHD 40
d) The passport validity should be minimum period of 6 months prior to the
date of travel.
3. REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE:
a) Registration form along with the registration fees shall be given to the
country coordinator of your respective country who will then coordinate
with the Bahrain representative for registration whose names are
mentioned below.
b) Online/Direct registration will not be accepted
c) Registration will close on 15 June 2015.
