Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Gerri Bakun, RN and Certified EFT Practitioner
EFT is based on the discovery that imbalances in the
body’s energy system have profound effects on one’s
personal psychology. Correcting these imbalances, which
is done by tapping on certain body locations, often leads to
rapid relief. Many problems can be resolved in two or three
sessions. The most difficult ones tend to require anywhere
from a few days to several weeks. EFT has provided emotional freedom to millions of people, including freedom from
negative emotions, years of self-doubt or grief, anxiety,
or intense fears or phobias as well as freedom to express
love easily or become motivated to obtain your goals.
