"au revoir".

Dear St. Anthony Catholic French Immersion Community
It is with very mixed emotions that I announce my retirement effective June 30, 2015. The decision to step down was a very
difficult one as I have been honoured to serve our wonderful community as your principal here for 3 ½ years, a principal in our
system for 13 years, and a board employee for 30 years. The blessings of my work have made the time fly by, and now it is time for
a different pace and different opportunities.
I am very pleased to be able to confirm that Mme Annette Marentette, presently the principal at Jean Vanier Catholic School, will
take over the role as principal of St. Anthony as of September 1st, 2015. She is an experienced and very successful principal, has a
passion for French as a former Core French teacher, and is looking forward to her new digs here at St Anthony. I hope you will
welcome her with the same enthusiasm as I felt when I first arrived here.
Wishing you all a very blessed Holy Week,
Principal
