May 12, 2015: Breakthrough Innovation Lunch lecture 12.00-13.00 in M:B
Dinner mingle 19.00-21.30 (exclusively for 4th and 5th year students)
Arthur D. Little visits Lund and invites you to an
intriguing lunch lecture and an exclusive dinner.
The topic of the lunch lecture is innovation, and
specifically how Arthur D. Little works to help
companies with Breakthrough Innovation. During the
dinner, we hope to get to know you better and answer
all your questions on management consulting and
Arthur D. Little.
Arthur D. Little’s Breakthrough Innovation approach
Arthur D. Little’s approach covers the entire process
of Breakthrough Innovation: from determining the
company fit to anticipating and defining strategic need
and then establishing, implementing and transforming
the organization. Specifically, Arthur D. Little has formed
a model, called the Breakthrough Factory, which has
proven to be especially effective for mature companies
in technology-intensive industries that already have
well-functioning innovation processes and governance,
but finds it challenging to stretch beyond incremental
innovation.
