Welcome to the ISRMAX SAARC - 2015!
Thank you, for your participation in the ISRMAX SAARC - 2015. To ensure you have a great experience
during the exhibition, please read this Exhibitor service manual carefully.
Exhibition Service Manual is specially designed to provide you with relevant information and to prepare
you for a successful participation. The manual familiarize you with deadlines, guidelines, available
services and their related costs.

Pragati Maidan Exhibition Complex is known as the premier exhibition complex of India. The complex hosts
various high quality international and national trade fairs. It is located in the heart of the capital city of India; its
location is easily accessible for visitors from all over the world.
Venue Approach
By Metro
Delhi Metro is a rapid transit system serving Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad in the National Capital
Region of India. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) operates around 2,700 trips daily
between 6:00 and 23:00 running with an interval of 2 minutes 30 seconds between trains at peak
frequency. Pragati Maidan Metro Station is nearest approach.
By Rail
The New Delhi Railway Station (station code NDLS) is the main railway station in Delhi. It is around
4kms and 15 min drive to the venue.
Hazrat NizamUddin Railway Station (station code NZM) is situated about 5 km away and 20 min drive
to the venue.
Delhi Junction, also known as Old Delhi Railway Station (station code DLI) is around 6Km and 20 min
drive to the venue.

By Air
Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) is the primary international airport of the National
Capital Region of New Delhi. It is situated about 15 km away from venue and takes 50 min drive. You can
arrive at the venue using any of the prepaid taxi counters or cab services outside the airport which will
charge you on preset tariff rate. For more information visitwww.newdelhiairport.in

General rules and regulations
Exhibitor Badge
Exhibitor’s staff and contractors working on exhibition stands present at the exhibition must wear badge
issued by the Organizer as identification at all the time within the fairground.
Exhibitor can receive 5 exhibitor badges per 1 company, and can collect exhibitor badge on 2 may 2015
from 10:00-18:00 hrs. at exhibition Hall. Please refer to Form 16.
Contractors
Any exhibitor with a space-only may appoint any designers or contractors that they wish, provided they
are confident that they can carry out appointed task in a competent manner abiding by all the rules and
regulations as set out in this manual. Please refer to Form 17

Stands will have to be approved by the ISRMAX India Organizer.
 Exhibitors are requested not to disturb any other event participant.
 Organizer can restrict or prohibit such disturbance.
Complaints and Disputes
It is in the interest of Exhibitors that any faults or failure in the services on the premises or goods/services
ordered please report them immediately to the team organizer office.
Organizer is not responsible for any damage occurring as a result of faults due to fluctuation in supply or a
force majeure or if the supply is interrupted on the instructions of the Fire Service or of the supplies of the
service concerned-electricity, water, energy.
The use of materials or products with an asbestos content or any other dangerous substances is prohibited.
Exit Permits / Pass Outs
No material will be allowed to be taken out of Exhibition Ground without an exit permit during show
hours and after the show. Exhibitors can collect exit pass (already submitted by them for signature and
seal) from organizer office on 5th May 2015 from 3:00PM onward.
Lost Property
The organizer accepts no responsibility for articles lost or damaged in anyway.

Machinery Guarding & Set-back
Any equipment being demonstrated (i.e. operated as part of exhibition) on the stand must be inherently
safe and not create a hazard to staff or visitors at any time. Moving parts of machinery and other working
equipment must be efficiently guarded to prevent an injury.
A person from exhibiting company must be appointed, who is responsible for all Health and Safety
matters on stand.
The organizers reserve the right to terminate the demonstration if they feel it presents a hazard to either
staff or visitors. Exhibitors must make the organizers aware of any guards they remove and get permission
to do so from the Health & Safety Manager.
Security
 Supervision of stands, the items on display and any other objects located on the booths are not the
responsibilities of the organizers. Exhibitors are responsible for their own stands and should
organize it themselves as they see fit. Exhibitors are requested to take precaution against theft, be
vigilant and fully insured. However, only security guards from the company commissioned by the
organizers’ supervise the trade fair center may be employed. Refer to form 23
Temporary Staff
If Exhibitors require any temporary staff as stall attendant, Please refer to form 18
Visa Support
If you need, the organizer will support your VISA by issuing the invitation letter and send to you together
with Indian Embassy in your country. Please refer to form 13.
Note: The distribution of printed matter and the use of advertising media are not permitted outside
the exhibitors’ own booths.

It is a condition of entry into the exhibition that every exhibitor, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier and their agents
comply with Health & Safety Regulations and all other legislation covering the venue. The exhibitor accepts that it is
their legal and moral responsibility to ensure that their own and others’ health and safety is not put at risk by their
actions (or inactions) throughout tenancy.
Our Health & Safety Representative on the stand will be:
1. We are SHELL SCHEME. We have trained and made our stand staff aware of the potential
risks present on-site. We have assessed that our exhibits, demonstrations and work practice
caused NO / LOW HAZARDS to either ourselves or others.
2.
We are SPACE ONLY. My principal contractor has undertaken a specific Risk Assessment
for this event and they have trained and notified their staff and sub-contractors in all such
areas identified as being of risk. A copy is available on request.
3.
I have ensured that our principal stand contracture(s) has a suitable and sufficient Method
Statement prepared for the show and they have satisfied me of their competence to
undertake the tasks required of them.
4.
We will make available at ISRMAX SAARC - 2015 a copy of our own company’s Health &
Safety Policy, Risk Assessment & Certificate of Public Liability Insurance. Our stand staff

filters and de-humidifiers, if fully pure dry air is required.
2. Compressors with noise level at 80 dB or below will be placed in the exhibitor’s stall area. Those over 2 HP must be placed elsewhere,
exhibitor must provide their own connection both for male and female for attachment to their equipment. The contractor will make the
connection, if the exhibitors accept full responsibility and supervisions the operation.

The official cleaning appointed contractor will carry out general cleaning services. Cleaning contractor will clean the aisles in the
exhibition halls. The cleaning of the stall is the responsibility of each exhibitor
2. However, if required the cleaning contractor can arrange for cleaning of exhibitor’s stalls at a cost of 800 per person per day ( 9am -7pm).

No outside agency will be permitted to undertake cleaning service
Organizations in past have felt that persons organized in cleaning shall be liable to commit theft after entering to the halls. In order to
avoid much unpleasant incidents, cleaning shall be strictly does by the officially appointed cleaning contractor
However, if exhibitors employ their own agency for cleaning of their respective stand, the same will be allowed only after the concerned
exhibitor gives assurance that no sort of theft will take place by the person/s so employed. In addition the photograph of the person/s
employed has to be submitted to organizer for necessary verification and approval
