Football club KAIRAT is a Kazakh association based
in Almaty, playing in the Kazakhstan premier league.
Founded in 1954 they became Urozhai in1955 and
Kairat in 1956.
KAIRAT FC has been the sole club to complete and
to win soviet first league in both 1976 and 1983,
challenging sport entity, owner of the modern sport
facilities of Maylina and Talgar, whereby ITALGREEN
SPA is completing the installation of 5 artificial turf
pitches and 4 natural.

The artificial turf system installed by ITALGREEN is
the well- known 62 LESMO LEONARDO GC, installed
on top of a draining mat, made of polyethylene,
aimed to grant the surface the best performance in
terms of drainage, even in winter time.
62 LESMO, tricolor monofilament with S shape, 9
plies and excellent softness for the good of the game,
infill system brown coated SBR , able to combine
softness and high elasticity of SBR, together with the
environmental benefits of PU brown coating, aimed
to reduce the issues related to bad smell and

surface overheating during hot seasons.

important target to certify FIFA 2 stars the surface
of PAVLODAR Central Stadium, installed with our
innovative system 62 EVO GEOFILL, hybrid infill
made of 100% natural infill Geofill®, mixed with SBR
granules coated with PU film, the best solution for
players and environment.

THE GRASS REINFORCED WITH ARTIFICIAL TURF
The new innovative Football Turf system PowerGrass is making his steps into
the Football market. The concept consists of a mixture from synthetic grass with
natural grass and offers significant more playing hours per year with the playing
characteristics of natural turf.

The PowerGrass system has been approved by the Italian Football
Federation for professional stadiums.
In our eyes, the PowerGrass system provides quality playing pitches for
many hours, long lasting with regular but relatively low maintenance. As
a result, PowerGrass is an environmental friendly choice that produces
savings to investors, installers and groundsmen.
Niko Saris , the inventor of the system stated:
“With an intensive nutrition program and a proper water management
Powergrass has the ability to be used up to 1200 hours per year”.
The roots grow, from the very beginning, through the
perforated support of the artificial turf, into the “sand
based growth medium” and form quickly a dense
rootzone which will be anchored in the support
itself. The structure of the support has been
studied to provide a stable fabric over the time.
