Yale ITS Wolson Early Career Development Program
in Information Technology
The Brian J. Wolson Early Career Development Program (ECDP), hosted by Yale University’s
Information Technology Services (ITS), is for recent or soon-to-be college graduates interested in
careers in an IT organization.
The Wolson program offers participants opportunities to have a direct impact on technology at Yale by contributing to
development and support of Yale University’s IT services. Learn about technology trends in higher education and gain new
skills while working on ITS projects in partnership with staff, faculty, and students.
The 18-month program consists of three rotations in areas within Yale ITS that align with the participants' interests. Visit
the ECDP website for descriptions of past rotations. Participants are paid and eligible for Yale benefits.
