SHIPPING:
- All prices are FOB Aurora, Illinois. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Shipping costs are listed below. We will not be
responsible for carrier delays. All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.
PRODUCTION:
- The standard delivery time from receipt of customer sketch and receipt of payment or institutional purchase order is approximately 5-6 weeks.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
- Standard shipping rates apply to each shipping address.
CUSTOM DESIGNS:
- We can produce custom stoles with your choice of symbols, colors and letters, subject to limitations. As each and every stole is individually crafted,
some special designs, logos, etc. may not be hand-woven onto the stole. For confirmation, we ask you contact us regarding such a custom design. Please
download our custom sketch form package at http://cultura.midwesttradegroup.com or contact us to have one sent to you.
COLORS:
- We can produce custom stoles in a variety of colors. Please note that color matching is not guaranteed. As each stole is individually crafted and unique,
slight variations in color amongst stoles can occur.
TERMS OF SALE:
- Price and specifications noted in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by Midwest Global Group, Inc.
and are not binding until accepted by Midwest Global Group, Inc. (*) Setup fees may be assessed for custom orders. We will inform you if such fees are applicable.
CANCELLATION:
- Because each product is individually crafted, each is unique and there may be minor variations from what is pictured. No two stoles are alike. We will
promptly replace any product which has a manufacturer’s defect as determined by Midwest Global Group, Inc. Custom Orders are accepted per these Terms
and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions specified on the Custom Sketch Form. All claims must be made within 15 days of the order ship date.
CLAIMS:
- All claims must be made within 15 days of the ORDER SHIP DATE (ORDER SHIP DATE is the day on which we ship the order).
DISPUTES:
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of
America, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any claim relating to these Terms and Conditions, the products you ordered (custom or stock)

or affiliates shall be exclusively prosecuted in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located within DuPage County, State of Illinois, United States of

have jurisdiction over such dispute or that venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. You further agree to accept service of process by
